Shipping + Insurance Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS (exceptions). When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used at checkout with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive via usps standard shipping. Items that will take longer to process/ship will be stated in the item's description.

Priority Mail Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for processing and up 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Express orders placed before 3pm, EST will be shipped same day excluding weekends & holidays.

Please allow up to 7-15 days for international shipping via UPS

Navidium Package Protection:

Navidium covers lost, stolen and damaged packages for a small fee. Navidium is automatically added to your order at checkout & is optional (suggested). If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you opted out of the Navidium insurance option, TET is not to be held responsible for that package. Once a claim is filed with Navidium, they will either repurchase the item again on your behalf or issue you a refund.
